City Place Tower recently won the Southern TOBY (The Building of the Year). The southern region includes Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee, and Mississippi.
Managed by CREW PBTC Treasurer and Related Companies Regional Manager Michele Pellico, City Place Tower was also the recipient of the local TOBY for BOMA Fort Lauderdale/Palm Beaches, the third year they won this award.

City Place Tower is currently entered in the International Competition as well.
