PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL – July 11, 2018 – CREW Palm Beach/Treasure Coast members toured one of the county’s newest commercial structure, the United Technologies facility just east of I-95 on Donald Ross Road.
UTC gave CREW members a behind the scene look at many of the advancements across multiple industries relating to commercial real estate, such as HVAC, security and automation.
UTC’s lobby was home to windows with tinting controlled by automation, exposed gears for the escalator as well as the cables and inner workings of the Otis elevators that flow up and down the four story atrium.
“As we moved from area to area, I noticed many of the members always looking around in awe,” says Sandi Quigley, President-Elect and Communication Chair for CREW Palm Beach Treasure Coast, “This program was our best attended for 2018 and it was obvious that our members enjoyed every minute.”
