CREW PBTC Member Susan Bands has been promoted to Market Leader for CBRE’s Palm Beach County region, overseeing it’s West Palm Beach and Boca Raton offices. Susan directs the overall growth strategy, client outcomes, and thought leadership for CBRE Palm Beach County. Her focus is on growing market share, recruiting and retaining CBRE’s unparalleled talent, and leveraging CBRE’s extensive platform to ensure exceptional client outcomes. In addition to her day to day management responsibilities, Susan oversees private capital markets and retail leasing and sales throughout South Florida.
Susan relocated to West Palm Beach in 2022 from Manhattan, where she was active in CREW NY and with CREW Network. She joined CREW PBTC this past year, bringing 20 + years of commercial real estate leadership and brokerage experience to the chapter and South Florida region.
