WEST PALM BEACH, FL – January 4, 2016 – Property Group Partners LLC recently welcomed Michele Pellico, RPA, FMA to their team as Regional Manager of Florida. Pellico will be overseeing City Place Towers while working on acquisitions and expansions for the South Florida market. Her focus will be overseeing property managers and management teams to ensure that day-to- day management and operational requirements are being met along with the successful implementation of strategic planning initiatives.
Pellico brings twenty years of experience in the commercial real estate industry including Class A office properties. Some of Pellico’s professional accomplishments include leading her teams to win 4 TOBY Awards through BOMA, receiving the first LEED Gold Certification in West Palm Beach from U.S.G.B.C., as well as completing $9M and $14.2M in capital improvement projects. In recent years Pellico was named Property Manager of the Year for two straight years as well as served on the board of directors of BOMA.
