Beth Azor is a 39-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry who also owns a $80,000,000.00 retail portfolio in South Florida. She has been leasing, consulting, and investing since 1992. Beth’s side hustle is training and coaching retail leasing agents to supersize their results.

Beth’s latest mission is to inspire women to become investors. To accomplish this, she hosts her annual Women Real Estate Investor Summit and a weekly podcast, Women Investor Wednesday.

Beth’s clients include Kimco Realty, Philips Edison, Brixmor, and Bedrock.

Beth lives in South Florida and is a mom to a superhero movie podcaster and a college golfer.

Her goal is to continue building a portfolio of long-term assets year after year.

Professionally, Traci has been working for Miller Construction Company since 1993 and became a shareholder with nine other team members in 2011. She now serves as Senior Vice President and oversees business development and marketing, community relations, and is the champion of company culture. Traci is part of the firm’s leadership team and board of directors. Traci is also a motivational speaker on the topic of Overcoming Doubt and Building Confidence and speaks on topics such as Community Engagement & Leaving a Legacy, and Networking.

Traci lives in Plantation with her husband, Troy McHatton. Together they invest in single-family homes for long-and short-term rentals and are in the market for small value-add apartment complexes. They have three children and two grandchildren.
