Join us for a CREW PBTC Workshop: Vision Boards. In this Workshop, Dominique Arrieta, President & CEO of GHP, Inc. will show you how to use Vision Boards to clarify, visualize and stay motivated towards achieving your goals. It is a powerful way to set an intention for the new year.

The Workshop will include breathing exercises on an outdoor deck, light journaling with prompts, and a workshop activity.
