CREW Summit: A Live Underwriting Workshop for CRE Investments

Greg Laskody CCIM, Founding Principal of HAUTE Commercial Real Estate, will be presenting a multi-tenant subject commercial property (retail) that is a target acquisition, with the actual underwriting being performed in real-time. He will then be moderating a live discussion with various lending sources, breaking down the concepts and terminology for the audience to grasp.
The second part of this event will involve experts in wealth management, trusts and estate law, and financial planning opening on the best ownership structures, tax strategies, etc. as to insure the most prudent holding and stewardship of this ‘investment.’
After the event, there will be a happy hour to provide an opportunity for networking and socializing.
