Jeff Greene is a man of vision who is poised to change the landscape of West Palm Beach in a very big way. He owns entire city blocks in downtown, various buildings along Clematis, 23 acres of water view property behind Currie Park in old Northwood, is building hundreds of rental units near the Palm Beach Outlets, and is seeking approval for a high-end mixed-use project including a hotel, office, and residences, embracing the Live/Work/Play movement being fueled by millennials, for a property on Quadrille. So just what are his plans for the properties he’s acquired over the past 4 years and what is his timeframe for bringing these projects to the market? Join us on Tuesday evening, October 27th, at Esperante from 5:30-7:00 for cocktails and light hours d’ouvres and a conversation with Jeff Greene.
