WEST PALM BEACH, FL – September 1, 2016 – The Palm Beach/Treasure Coast chapter of CREW, Commercial Real Estate for Women, has reason to celebrate this fall as they celebrate their 5-year anniversary.
CREW, founded in 1989 and currently serves over 70 major markets in North America, serves over 10,000 members. The local Palm Beach/Treasure Coast chapter launched just five years ago and now serves 77 members.
“We would not be in the position to celebrate without each member and board member contributing,” says Michele Pellico, chapter President, “Each year we continue to surpass our membership goals because the members are feeling the value of their membership.”
CREW serves the commercial real estate market with four focused initiatives, business development, industry research, leadership development and career outreach. Although it is geared for women in the industry, there are several male members along with a board member serving in the Young Professional category.
“We have aggressive membership goals for the next five years and are in position to accomplish them,” says Laura King, Membership Director and 2017 incoming President, “We will continue to value the feedback of our members and strive to bring relevant programs.”
The chapter has plans to celebrate with their members in style with a celebratory cake at their October event.
