PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL – June 13, 2017 – Crew Palm Beach/Treasure Coast hosted a full house at this month’s program on Tuesday, June 13th at the DoubleTree Hotel.
A panel of three local industry experts of retail property spoke due to the changing consumer climate and what they are doing with existing retail to reinvigorate and convert those properties in our market. Additional topics included retail to medical conversions and the redesign and retrofitting required.
Megan Atkin, Regional Leasing Director for RAM Realty Services,participated as a panelist. In her new role at RAM with her four plus years of expertise in commercial real estate, Atkin is responsible for all leasing activities for RAM’s west coast portfolio consisting of 854,000 square feet.
Yvonne Jones, Director of Property Management for O’Connor Capital Partners, participated as a panelist. Prior to joining O’Connor in 2014, she served as Managing Director of Asset and Property Management for McCaffery Interests, Inc. Over the last 27 years Yvonne has been directly responsible for or participated in the management, leasing, acquisition, and disposition of commercial, multi-family, and mixed-use assets throughout the United States.
Deborah Franqui, Senior Project Manager for Leo A. Daly, spoke to members of CREW Palm Beach Treasure Coast. Franqui, has over 24 years in the industry specializing in healthcare design with an emphasis on client-tailored programming, evidence-based space planning, and human-centered design solutions.
