CREW PBTC was honored to have the opportunity for our members to get an in-depth look and project overview of the YMCA of the Palm Beaches new 55,000 SF flagship facility at Lake Lytal Park in West Palm Beach which will be alongside the future Palm Beach County Aquatics Center, with a grand opening anticipated in December 2026.
President and CEO Tim Coffield led a detailed presentation showcasing the multitude of amenities that will be offered at the new facility. Features include an Olympic-class skate park, Stem lab and robotics arena, visual arts studio, recording studio and teaching kitchen.
The YMCA has over 2500 locations and serves 22 million people. This new facility will offer more than a place to work out — it will offer a community grounded in wellness, purpose, and belonging. The campus will blend state-of-the-art fitness, mindful movement, youth engagement, and community connection in a way that feels both elevated and deeply rooted in purpose.
After the presentation, members were given a site tour hosted by General Contractor Hedrick Brothers Construction and Owner Representative CBRE.
A special thank you to Stephanie Langlais, Director of Philanthropy for the YMCA of the palm Beaches, Tim Coffield, Hedrick Brothers Construction, and CBRE for making this a successful and informative event.
