CREW PBTC Members enjoyed a behind the scenes tour of One Flagler, a state-of-the-art Class-A office building designed by world-renowned architect David Childs and located in the heart of West Palm Beach’s business and financial district.
A special thank you to Ashley Eustis, Assistant Project Manager with Related Southeast, who gave an informative guided tour throughout the 25-story building which is currently under construction.
The building offers sweeping views of West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Island, and the Atlantic Ocean. Features include an array of indoor and outdoor amenities, including a world-class restaurant by renowned Chef Costas Spiliadis of Estiatorio Milos, premier fitness facility, conferencing space with private terrace, 19,000 square foot amenity terrace and a 1.25-acre park that will anchor the property at the West Palm Beach waterfront. Floors 8-24 are comprised of offices, some with private terraces.
When complete One Flagler will be a one-of-a-kind workplace with a club-like setting that will enhance productivity and wellbeing and will offer Concierge service by Related’s acclaimed hospitality team, Related 360 Life.
