CREW PBTC hosted a Coffee Talk with Chelsea Reed, Mayor of Palm Beach Gardens. The event was held at the brand-new Tennis & Pickleball facility, and the intimate small group size intrinsic to CREW PBTC’s Coffee Talk Events, allowed for a collaborative discussion about the City of Palm Beach Gardens.
Chelsea treated attendees to an overview of current and upcoming development projects throughout the city. Additionally, Chelsea outlined the overall Palm Beach Gardens’ strategy of development with a focus on keeping the “gardens in Gardens”, in which all projects provide for at least 50% greenspace to maintain a lush feel to the city. She also discussed the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) efforts that are being put forth to create vibrant, connected communities with walkable, mixed-used areas near transit.
