CREW Palm Beach Treasure Coast members enjoyed a fascinating behind-the-scenes tour of the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections Office.
Hosted by Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections Wendy Sartory Link, the visit gave attendees an inside look at how elections are administered and how every vote is securely, accurately, and transparently counted.
Members toured the facility, saw the voting and ballot-processing equipment in action, and learned about the many checks and balances, security precautions, and validation procedures built into each stage of the process.
Attendees learned how ballots move through the system, how results are ultimately determined, and the important responsibilities of the canvassing board.
