CREW PBTC would like to thank Brian Seymour of Gunster for his round table discussion held this morning at Venture X in Palm Beach Gardens.
Attendees participated in a discussion about the impacts of State legislation on the housing and commercial real estate market. Specifically, he discussed the intricacies of what is known as the Live Local Act of 2023 and EB5 Investors, and how local municipalities and government agencies are interpreting the laws in reviewing projects.
