Mrs. Rossmeissl-Stone serves as a Senior Project Manager for Eco Advisors a local environmental firm in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Eco Advisors specializes in due diligence (Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments), asbestos inspections, lead-based paint inspections, indoor air quality (IAQ) assessments, radon testing, asbestos abatement monitoring and mold remediation monitoring/post remediation verification. Ms. Rossmeissl-Stone manages the field staff, client relations as well as long and short term projects.
She received a BS in Environmental Studies form Virginia Commonwealth University. She holds license and accreditations as a Mold Inspector, Asbestos Inspector and Management Planner and Radon Measurement Specialist. Mrs. Rossmeissl-Stone has 10 years of experience working in the Environmental Consulting field. From Northern Virginia and moved to Florida in January 2014. She was a member of CREW NoVA and the first thing she did upon arriving in Florida was to look up the local CREW chapter. She is currently President Elect and Sponsorship Chair for the Palm Beach/Treasure Coast Chapter but has previously served on Programs Committee and Co-Chair of the Community Actions Committee.

Sandi Quigley has been a titan in the advertising arena in South Florida for nearly 20 years. Yvonne is Director of Property Management at O’Connor. She has become a QuickBooks Pro Advisor and partnered with a payroll provider to better serve the local small companies to accurately measure their success.
Ms. Cooke (Chris) was the Chief Financial Officer of Republic Family of Companies: Republic Land Development and Republic Urban Properties and Republic Properties Corporation. She has more than 25 years of experience in financial accounting for the real estate industry in both commercial and residential development, property owners’ associations, and property management. She was responsible for risk management, accounting, loan maintenance, information systems and communications for all new real estate projects for the Company.
Ms. Cooke attended University of California at Los Angeles. She is the Treasurer for The USS Yorktown (CVS-10) Association, a member of Society for Human Resource Management, National Association of Tax Preparers, CREW Treasure Coast, The Beaches Small Business Initiative, Inc. and a member of the Northern Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce. She maintains her state-of-the-art knowledge of accounting, information systems and technology through continuous courses dedicated to her industry.

With more than seven years of experience, Tara England is an office leasing specialist in Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast, working on an array of real estate projects that vary in complexity and size. Specializing in agency leasing and tenant representation services within the South Florida office market, Ms. England has successfully negotiated over 3 million square feet of commercial lease transactions, totaling $10,854,034. With more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Lindsay Douglas has worked for many industry leading-companies such as notable retail developers and asset management groups including The Watkins Retail Group, Tarragon, Sullivan Wickley, Westplan Investors, The Sembler Company and Coro Realty Advisors LLC throughout the United States. Her experience includes new development, asset management of retail and mixed-use projects, lending her skills in a variety of areas including business development, retail leasing, asset management, construction management and comprehensive corporate marketing.
Ready for a new adventure in 2016, Lindsay joined TamCare Services as an independent consultant and ultimately joined their team full time in January, 2017. Her current role as Vice President is focused on developing new and existing client relationships along with the ongoing management of those accounts. In addition, she leads the company’s marketing and promotional visibility together with creating and maintaining the current and future strategic plans.
