Mrs. Trixy Walker has over 17 years of experience in Property Management specializing in industrial/commercial/retail properties. She has extensive background in managing capital improvement projects and tenant buildouts, budget preparation utilizing Kardin, Yardi, Excel, and MRI. She advocates for personal development and growth among her peers.

Mrs. Walker was responsible for the management of 2 Class A office buildings, 3 Retail properties totaling over 450,000 rsf in Palm Beach County. She Developed & Manage over 300,000 sq. ft. of Class A Office Building in downtown West Palm Beach in 2008 which sold for $150 million or $507 per sq. foot in 2014.

Sandra Pabon began her career in the construction industry in 2000 after immigrating to the United States from Colombia in 1999. Her carrier started at an entry-level position at Itasca Construction, despite not being able to speak English at the time. Motivated to advance her career, she earned a degree in Construction Management in 2010. She was promoted to project manager in 2013, successfully leading diverse projects across office, industrial, hospitality, and interior buildout sectors.

Lori Bliss Tambone is a Professional Engineer and co-founder of Tambone Companies and related entities. Lori is responsible for bringing each project through every phase – from design, engineering, permitting, and construction through occupancy. In this capacity, she also manages the diverse team of project managers, contractors, and support personnel in the various regional offices, as well as overseeing the general office administration.

Jennifer Adams, LEED AP, IIDA holds over 17 years of experience in the design industry, specializing in both commercial, hospitality, retail, civic and residential projects worldwide. As a founding member of HLW International’s Florida office, she excels in design leadership and business development. Before joining HLW, Jennifer was a senior design director at a prominent New York interior design firm, focusing on high-end commercial interiors. Her extensive background also includes senior design and associate roles at some of the largest architecture firms globally.

Karla Gabay is an accomplished Business Manager with over 20 years of experience supporting engineering, architecture, and professional services organizations. Currently with UES, managing their Port St. Lucie and West Palm Beach offices. Karla works closely with real estate professionals, developers, and project stakeholders, acting as a vital liaison between engineering teams and clients to support environmental, geotechnical, inspection, and due diligence services.

With over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate and construction industry, Jean is a seasoned executive now thriving at Compass. Denise Santiago Bartlett has been a dedicated professional in the construction industry since 1993, bringing over three decades of experience to her role. She earned a Master’s Degree in Construction Management from Florida International University in 2009 and holds a Florida Certified General Contractor’s license. Throughout her career, Denise has been recognized for her exceptional ability to establish and maintain trusting, long-lasting relationships with clients and colleagues, a skill that has significantly contributed to her sustained success. Katie Klause Newitt grew up in the moving industry, as her parents Jean and Lou Klause started A1 Moving & Storage in 1972.

Ms. Carlson has over 20 years of land planning, entitlement and real estate development experience in both residential and commercial development. Ms. Carlson has served as the Director of Land Planning and Entitlement for PulteGroup’s South Florida Division since 2019. She is responsible for overseeing land planning and entitlement for the division’s new communities from Indian River to Miami-Dade. Prior to joining PulteGroup, Ms. Carlson served in Director level roles at national development and investment firms and her responsibilities included site evaluation and acquisition, due diligence, governmental relations, entitlement, community outreach and permitting. Early in her career, Ms. Carlson also served as the Director of Land Entitlement for Centex Homes Southeast Florida and as a Senior Planner for the Palm Beach County Planning, Zoning and Building Department.
