Michele Pellico, RPA, FMA has been in the commercial real estate industry for over twenty years. Michele currently is the Regional Manager for Related Companies, Michele specializes in managing, leasing and repositioning of Class A Assets. Her clients throughout her career consist of some of the largest real estate owners in the country such as PGP, CBREGI, ING, Steeprock, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors, JP Morgan, Berwind Group, Gaedeke Landers & Trizec.

Michele has led her teams to win multiple TOBY Awards through BOMA, both locally and regionally. Properties managed have attained LEED Certification, BOMA 360 and Energy Star. Michele has managed multimillion-dollar capital and tenant improvement projects throughout portfolios through the years as well as lead regional property management teams.

Eddie has 20 years of experience in the commercial and residential real estate title industry. During that time he has handled Florida and multistate complex commercial deals, construction loans, acquisitions, and modifications.

Additionally, he managed dozens of condo projects from inception to end unit sales; He also possesses extensive experience in condo terminations from initial notices thru the final policy issuance. His previous experience includes working for three of the highest volume law firms in the state and for two of the largest title insurers in the country. He prides himself on being a collaborative resource and building long term relationships with his clients.

With over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate and construction industry, Jean is a seasoned executive now thriving at Compass. She is excited to lead development projects across South Florida, including office, mixed-use, and senior living properties, while leveraging Compass’s cutting-edge tools and extensive network to elevate her business to new heights.

Damien Condo is the Founder and Principal Energy Efficiency Consultant at Facillitee, Inc., a ten-year-old energy consultation and product supply company based in North Palm Beach, FL. A native of Florida and a graduate of Florida State University, Damien has always been passionate about both Florida and the environment and continues to develop Facillitee, Inc. to become a beacon utilizing Energy Efficiency as a market resource towards a more sustainable future built environment.

Lori Bliss Tambone is a Professional Engineer and co-founder of Tambone Companies and related entities. Lori is responsible for bringing each project through every phase – from design, engineering, permitting, and construction through occupancy. In this capacity, she also manages the diverse team of project managers, contractors, and support personnel in the various regional offices, as well as overseeing the general office administration.

Lori brings over 30 years of engineering, administration, and management experience to the company and to her involvement with community activities. Lori holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Central Florida. She became a registered Professional Engineer in Florida in 1987 and in Massachusetts in 1995. She is also a registered real estate broker in Massachusetts and in Florida. 

Mrs. Trixy Walker is a Commercial real estate property management professional with excellent organization skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing capital improvement projects and tenant buildouts, developing and managing property budget, and managing tenant and property vendor relations. Trixy is a demonstrated leader and problem solver adept at handling a wide range of issues and projects in various areas simultaneously, meeting deadlines and performance quotas. During her career she has proven to be productive, showing great initiative and exercising sound judgment in rendering time critical decisions. She poses strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills. She is successful with clients and staff of all levels. Her ability to coach and mentor her staff to quickly absorb new procedures, policies, and regulations along with her can-do attitude is contagious and her dedication is unmatched.
