Programs Committee
Chair: Tara England, Cushman & Wakefield
The programs committee is responsible for finding and providing programs that bring industry-trends and news to the membership, workshops that enhance professional skills and social get-togethers for additional networking opportunities.
Foundation Committee
Champion/Chair: Jean Phillips, Compass Real Estate
The CREW Foundation committee is responsible for spreading awareness and raising money to support Foundation’s three pillars including college scholarships, industry research and career outreach. It is the intention of the committee to start U-CREW and CREW Careers platforms.
Membership Committee

The membership committee is responsible for chapter growth and retention. They assist new members with getting acquainted into the chapter, making introductions to other members and helping them make the most of their overall membership benefits.
Sponsorship Committee
Chair: Ann Inesedy, First Citizens Bank
The sponsorship committee is the liaison between current and potential future sponsors and the chapter. This committee fosters the relationships throughout the year to ensure the sponsors are utilizing their sponsor benefits to help maximize their investment and looks for opportunities to evolve the chapter platform as a good return on the sponsorship investment.
Communications Committee
Chair: Lori Bliss Tambone, Tambone Companies
The communications committee is responsible for the dissemination of information to exisiting and potential members through a number of different avenues such as traditional and social media, weekly emails and publications.
