Niki L. Norton, R.A.—principle architect—is head of n2 architecture + design, and is an active leader of her community. Past President of the local Chamber of Commerce, The Lyric Theater, United States Green Building Council (USGBC), and the Florida Green Building Coalition (FGBC); she participates not only in local green building and construction, but is also currently licensed in seven different states and carries additional green certifications.

After graduating from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville in 1997, Niki began to practice there before moving to Stuart, Florida. Upon arriving to Stuart in 2002, Niki quickly continued her path in architecture + began her own firm. Within her 20 years of experience, Niki has worked on various commercial, county and residential projects.

Michele Pellico, RPA, FMA continues to be one of the most sought after leaders in the commercial real estate industry. As the current Regional Manager of Florida for Property Group Partners (PGP), her 20+ years of experience has positioned her to successfully oversee daily operations at City Place Towers and work on acquisitions and expansions for PGP in the South Florida market. Michele has managed multimillion-dollar capital and tenant improvement projects at varying buildings and locations; however, her area of expertise lies in managing and leasing Class A Assets with a client portfolio spanning throughout her career to include some of the largest real estate owners in the United States such as CBREGI, ING, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors, JP Morgan, Berwind Group, Gaedeke Landers and Trizec.

Along with BOMA Fort Lauderdale/Palm Beach’s Property Manager of the Year award, Michelle and her team have been recipients of multiple TOBY Awards, both locally and regionally by BOMA Fort Lauderdale/Palm Beach. In addition to serving as their current President, Michele has served on their Board of Directors, served on the board for CREW Palm Beach Treasure Coast, as President, Treasurer and Vice President, and has served on the CREW Network National Finance Committee.
