Dionne Van Druff, VP of Property Management, Southeast

Dionne Van Druff serves as Vice President of Property Management – Southeast. Her responsibilities include business development, asset management, and operations for both recent acquisitions and communities in development. In addition, she participates in underwriting for potential deals, works with developers to conduct extensive market studies, oversees sales and serves as a liaison to the joint venture partners.
Ms. Van Druff began her career managing planned unit developments in Northern California. In 1995, she moved into a management position with nationally recognized United Dominion Realty (UDR) where she served as an Area Supervisor in Florida and Northern California. Following UDR, Ms. Van Druff worked with G.W. Williams Co. and Pinnacle as a Regional Manager in the San Francisco market. In 2005, she joined Archstone as an Operations Manager in San Francisco and moved into the Southeast Florida market in 2007. Ms. Van Druff has experience managing diverse product types including third-party ownership, commercial, retail, industrial, R&D and office space in addition to multifamily portfolios.
Ms. Van Druff holds the following industry related designations: Certified Community Manager (NAA), Community Manager of the Year 1996 (UDR), Operations Manager of the Year 2011 (Archstone). She graduated with a Bachelor in Business Administration, cum laude from DeVry University Business School and is a member of the Phi Beta Lambda honor society.
