Jamie Beale Howe is a versatile commercial real estate professional with 18+ years of diversified experience in management, operations, capital planning and asset strategy.
Ms. Howe is the Vice President of Relationship & Project Management for Welltower, Inc. In this multi-tiered role, she is responsible for creating and maintaining strong relationships with hospital systems, managing the acquisition and disposition of assets in the Outpatient Medical portfolio and overseeing the build-out process for tenant improvements throughout Welltower’s national portfolio. In addition to her day-to-day role, Ms. Howe also leads Welltower’s African American Employee Networking Group, which fosters a supportive network for African American employees and their allies through leadership, education and philanthropic initiatives.
Prior to joining Welltower, Ms. Howe held progressively expanding real estate operations roles for various publicly traded REITs including Boston Properties, JBG Smith (formerly Vornado Realty Trust) and Corporate Office Properties Trust.
Ms. Howe holds an MBA in Management and BBA in Marketing & Spanish, both from Loyola University Maryland. She has also earned her CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), CPM (Certified Property Manager) and RPA (Real Property Administrator) designations through CCIM, IREM and BOMI, respectively.
