Michael has more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience and currently serves as Director of the South Florida Healthcare Advisory Practice. Michael specializes in representing hospital systems, healthcare providers and medical office investors throughout South Florida. His expertise includes lease portfolio management, agency leasing, tenant representation, site selection services, asset acquisitions and dispositions including sale/leaseback transactions. Before transitioning into his current role, Mr. Feldman served as the Director of Leasing for AW Property Co. where he managed six regional leasing teams representing 2.5 million square feet of on-campus medical office buildings and professional office properties. Michael is a Certified Commercial Investment Member and a licensed Florida real estate broker.
