Michele Pellico, RPA, FMA has been in the commercial real estate industry for over twenty years. Michele currently is the Regional Manager of Florida for Property Group Partners, overseeing City Place Towers and working on management, acquisitions, and expansions for PGP in the South Florida Market.
Michele’s past clients include CBRE Global Investors, JP Morgan, ING Clarion, Berwind Property Group, Gaedeke Landers, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors and multiple boutique owner/investors of Commercial Real Estate in the Palm Beach market.
Properties under Michele’s management have achieved Gold and Silver LEED designations, multiple TOBY awards including Renovated and Southern Region. Michele has managed multimillion-dollar capital and tenant improvement projects achieving value add and repositioning of properties for ownership. Under CBRE, she led a region of Property Managers in the Palm Beach Market and extended the CBRE Global Investors 5-star service platform and achieving the Asset Manager of the year award.
Michele has served on CREW Treasure Coast board as President and Treasurer for multiple years. She is currently President of BOMA Fort Lauderdale and the Palm Beaches and serving on the newly formed Resiliency Committee for BOMA Florida.
