CREW PBTC held its May Luncheon at Pistache French Bistro.
Keynote Speakers were Kelly Bousman, Senior VP, ESG & Sustainability, and Scott Simpson, Technology/Audiovisual Consultant with AVI-SPL, a global technology integrator. They outlined how commercial real estate sustainability design is evolving to include workplace technology in the discussion. Driven by consumer sustainability expectations and expanding regulatory requirements, sustainability is becoming a core design requirement for workplace technology, alongside performance, security, and scalability.
Attendees were left with a framework for evaluating technology decisions through a sustainability lens, along with actionable questions to bring to their next design or procurement discussion.
